Mitch Paciga
Mitch joined the GWS team in December 2025. He comes to us with over 7 years in the pump industry. Mitch has participated in Goulds training schools and water treatment school to learn product knowledge and application. He is in the process of becoming a Certified Water Specialist through the WQA. Mitch can be reached through the Bloomfield office.

Casey has been with GWS since 2002. He has attended the Water-Right school and is very active in testing and sizing water treatment equipment with his dealers in the Dansville area.
Dave Boss, Counter Bloomfield

Dave joined our team in 2018. He will be working with Bob Quayle until Bob's retirement. Dave has 24 years experience in water treatment service and installation and has received training in use and sizing of Goulds pumps.

Rick joined GWS in July 2019. He brings 10 years of water treatment experience as well as a wealth of sales and customer service knowledge. He will be working closely with Joe, Casey, and Chris until he is up to speed with pump systems and other products that we sell.

Mike has been with GWS since 1993 he manages the day to day operations of our Dansville Branch, He handles counter sales, pump sizing, Water testing and more.

Joyce has been with GWS since 1999. As part of the Bloomfield crew, she handles our accounts payable, warranty claims, GPDA submissions and many other tasks.

Steve has been with GWS since 2008. He has been instrumental in keeping our Binghamton branch running smoothly.

Joe and John Shiffler started GWS in 1975. After the purchase of GWS by Alan Dretel (D&S Pump Co.), Joe remains with us as general manger. Joe has an abundance of technical knowledge and is the head of our sales force.
Brian Thomas
Brian joined us in 2022. He has over 16 years of prior sales experience and is working with Dave Boss at the Bloomfield counter as well as being responsible for some outside accounts. Brian has participated in several training programs to gain product knowledge and learn product application. Brian has excellent customer service skills and will help you with any need you call or come in with.
