GWS SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
Due to recent issues with the return of Special Orders, GWS has initiated the following procedures for ordering non-inventory items:
- When placing an order for non-stock merchandise, we will ask for the Special Order Acknowledgement Form to be completed and faxed or emailed to us. This is a chance for you, the customer, to review your order and ensure that it is the correct merchandise for the job.
- The return of specially ordered merchandise is subject to manufacturer approval.
- All special orders (non-inventory) are subject to a 25% re-stock fee if returned.
- All special orders (non-inventory) are subject to a 25% re-stock fee if not picked up by customer or if delivery is not accepted within 30 days of notification.
- Customer will pay any applicable freight charges to return merchandise to vendor.
